Your business,a version forward.

We build the website, then we automate the work behind it. Two people, Brisbane based, working with small Australian businesses that would rather be running the business than retyping into it.

Illustrative — a booking flow of the kind we build. Replace with a real client flow once one is live.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

Most jobs start with one of these and grow into a second. We will tell you which one you actually need.

Websites

Fast, accessible sites designed around what your customers actually need to do — then built to load quickly and be easy to keep up to date. No page builders, no bloat, no licence you did not ask for.

Automation and integrations

Most small businesses run five or six tools that do not talk to each other, and somebody spends their afternoon moving data between them. We connect them so that afternoon stops happening.

AI agents and AI-assisted builds

We use AI throughout our own build process, which is why we turn work around quickly. Where it earns its place we build it into your day to day — drafting, summarising, triage — with clear limits on what it decides alone.

Getting found

Search engines, and now the AI assistants people ask instead. Structured, technically correct, written for people first — so you turn up in a Google result, an AI answer, and the map on someone’s phone. SEO, AEO and GEO, if you know the acronyms.

Nothing is too small to ask about.

A one-page site. A form that emails the right person. A spreadsheet that should not exist. Small jobs are how most of our clients start, and we quote them the same way we quote big ones.

And nothing here is the ceiling.

Multi-site builds, customer portals, AI agents that handle real work, systems that run the back office end to end. We build at that level too — usually for clients who started with something small.

What automation is worth

The afternoon nobody bills for.

46 hrs

a week, back

A typical enquiry-to-invoice chain, once nobody is copying between tools by hand.

< 24 hrs

to reply, every time

Automated acknowledgement and drafted response, so no enquiry sits unanswered over a weekend.

0

records retyped

One source of truth. The booking, the CRM and the accounting software agree without anyone checking.

Figures are modelled from typical small-business workflows, not client results. They get replaced with measured numbers as jobs complete.

How we work

Four weeks, four steps, no surprises.

01Week 0

The call

Twenty minutes. What you do, what is slow, what you have already tried. We come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price, or an honest no.

02Week 1

Shape it

We map the pages and the flows, agree the content, and show you the design before we build anything.

03Weeks 2–3

Build it

Site and automations built together. You see it running on a staging link the whole way, not at the end.

04Week 4

Launch and keep going

Launch, then a walkthrough so you can change things yourself. From there most clients move onto a monthly plan so the site keeps improving.

After launch · Care and marketing

A website is not a project. It is a thing you run.

Most small businesses launch a site and then never touch it again — not through laziness, but because nobody owns it. We do: the upkeep, the marketing, and the reporting that tells you whether any of it worked.

Hosting and monitoring

Fast Australian hosting, backups, uptime monitoring and security patches. If something breaks at 9pm we know before you do.

Website management

Content changes, new pages, price updates, seasonal swaps. You email us; it is done. No wrestling with a CMS you use twice a year.

Marketing that actually happens

The reason most small business marketing fails is not strategy, it is consistency. We run the monthly rhythm — search, content, campaigns — so it stops depending on somebody finding a spare afternoon.

Automations, tended

Systems drift. Tools change their APIs, your business changes its process. We keep the automations matching how you actually work.

What a plan is made of

No two are the same, so we do not publish a number that would be wrong for you. Pick the parts you actually need and we price those. A sole trader who wants the lights kept on pays a fraction of a business that wants marketing run every week — socials designed and posted, listings maintained, results reported.

  • Built after launch, once we both know what the site actually needs.
  • Month to month. No lock-in, no minimum term, cancel with a month notice.
  • Everything stays in your name. If you leave, we help you move it.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Something not here? Ask us directly — we answer within a business day.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on how many pages and how much of it needs to be connected to something else. We scope it in the first call and give you a fixed price before anything starts — no hourly surprises, no change-request games.

Do I own the site, or are we locked into you?

You own it. The code, the domain, the hosting account, the automations. If you decide to take it elsewhere, we hand it over cleanly. We would rather you stay because it is working.

What does "AI" actually mean here?

Two things. We use AI tooling in our own build process, which is why a site that used to take six weeks takes two. And where it genuinely earns its place we build it into your systems — drafting replies, summarising enquiries, triaging what needs a human. Always with clear limits on what it decides alone.

We already have a website. Can you just fix it?

Often, yes. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper than patching, and we will tell you which one you are looking at before you spend anything.

Do you do SEO? What about AEO and GEO?

All three, and they are less separate than the acronyms suggest. SEO gets you into search results. AEO and GEO — answer and generative engine optimisation — are about being the business an AI assistant names when someone asks it for a recommendation. Same foundations underneath: clear structure, accurate business data, and content that answers a real question. Built in from the start, then kept up month to month.

What happens after launch?

Most clients stay with us on a monthly plan — hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, and the marketing work that otherwise never gets done because everyone is busy. You are welcome to take it all and run it yourself, but the businesses that get the most out of a site are the ones that keep working on it.

You are new. Why should we risk it?

Because we are small enough that you deal with the two people doing the work, and we scope tightly so the risk is a defined amount of money on a defined outcome. We are not asking you to bet the business on us.
